Description of the service

SimpleChat is a platform that lets businesses build an AI chatbot that answers from their own knowledge base. The bot embeds on a website as a widget and connects to Telegram and Instagram channels.

The service is provided as is. We may add, change, or remove functionality.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity carried out through it.

Multiple users can be invited into an organization account. The organization owner is responsible for its members' actions.

Plans and payment

Each plan is limited by a monthly message quota, a number of bots, and knowledge base size. Once the quota is exhausted the bot stops replying — it resumes in the next billing period or when you upgrade.

Prices may change; we will notify you before any change takes effect.

Unacceptable use

The following are prohibited: breaking the law, sending spam or bulk unsolicited messages, collecting other people's personal data without permission, distributing malicious code, reverse-engineering the platform, and overloading it with automated tools.

Using the bot deceptively — presenting it as a human agent — is also prohibited.

Your content

Documents you upload to the knowledge base and your conversation data remain yours. We access them only to provide the service.

You warrant that you hold the rights to the content you upload and are authorized to permit us to process it.

About AI answers

Bot answers are generated by a language model and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The accuracy of answers shown to your customers is your responsibility.

Do not use, or allow the use of, bot answers as medical, legal, or financial advice.

Third-party channels

The Instagram and Telegram integrations are subject to those platforms' own terms. We are not responsible if your account is restricted as a result of violating their rules.

If Meta or Telegram changes or restricts their API, the corresponding functionality may stop working temporarily.

Termination

You may request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend an account without prior notice in case of a serious breach of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. We will announce material changes by email or in the platform. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes will first be addressed through negotiation.
