Data Deletion

What gets deleted

On your request the following are permanently deleted: your account and organization data, the bots you created, documents uploaded to the knowledge base and the vector indexes built from them, all conversations and messages, captured leads, and the Telegram and Instagram integration tokens.

How to submit a request

Email lutfulloasqarov9@gmail.com and include: the email address your account is registered with, your organization name, and — if you only want a specific bot or channel removed — its name.

Putting "Data deletion" in the subject line helps us process the request faster.

Timeline

We complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving the request and send a confirmation.

Some data may remain in backups for a short period, but it is not restored and is not used for any purpose.

Data obtained through Instagram

You can request deletion of Instagram integration data separately — the account identifier, username, direct message text, and comment text. To do so, state "Instagram data only" in your email.

If you disconnect the integration from the dashboard, the stored token is deleted immediately and we stop receiving new data from your account. Conversations received earlier are retained until you request deletion.

What you can delete yourself

Without contacting us, you can delete the following from the dashboard at any time: an individual document from the knowledge base, an entire bot (along with its conversations), or the Telegram or Instagram integration. These actions take effect immediately.
